Now Hiring - Sales Associate in Chesterfield, VA

Join our fun and supportive team! Club Pilates is brand new to Chesterfield and looking for enthusiastic, tech savvy sales associtates. Sales Experience is strongly encouraged but not necessary. Piates/fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

POSITION:

The purpose of the Sales Associate is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio and booking them into Intro Classes. The Sales Associate also assists with retaining current members. Basic cleaning and retail responsibilities are also included.

REQUIREMENTS:

~Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required. Club Pilates Woodlake is intent on creating the best possible atmosphere for its members and staff.

~Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.

~Ability to learn and use Club Ready Software

~Ability to stand/sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday

~Must have excellent communication skills in person, phone and email

~Must be able to work inder pressure and meet deadlines

~Must have profcient computer skills

~Some local travel may be required for grassroots events

RESPONSIBILITIES:

~Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up and close of sales

~Conduct tours of the facility while establisihing a relationship and targeting individual's needs and wants

~Maintain accpetable level of personal sales production

~Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider

~Present available services to current or prospective members

~Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales goals

~Participate in monthly special events to promote Club Pilates Woodlake in the community

~Other duties assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
